
The New York Giants jumped out to an early lead and managed to hold on and finish with a 27-17 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday afternoon at MetLife Stadium.

New York improved to 3-7 on the season and Philadelphia dropped to 3-5-1. With the victory, the Giants are in second place in the NFC East, trailing the Eagles by half a game.
The last time the Giants beat the Eagles was Nov. 6, 2016 at MetLife Stadium. For the second straight game, the Giants did not surrender any turnovers.
Giants QB Daniel Jones was sacked twice and hit five times, but managed to hold onto the football throughout.
Jones was 21 of 28 for 244 yards with one rushing touchdown. Carson Wentz was 9 of 17 for 94 yards.
Gallman had 18 rushing attempts for 53 yards and two touchdowns.
Slayton recorded five receptions for 93 yards.
