NY Jets Shutout by Miami Dolphins 24-0

The Jets were dismal in nearly every way, losing to the Dolphins 24-0.

The Jets were noncompetitive, again. This time it was against a team they were supposed to be able to compete with. Instead, the Dolphins looked like Super Bowl contenders. The Jets are now 0-6 and looking at their schedule it’s hard to think they can win a game.

With wins by the Falcons and the Giants earlier Sunday, the Jets were left as the only winless team in the NFL. The only question now is when, not if, coach Adam Gase will be fired?

The Jets looked lifeless and lost Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.

Joe Flacco made his second start at quarterback and could do nothing. He finished 21 of 44 for 186 yards and one interception. The Jets managed two passing yards total combined in the second and third quarters.

The offense failed to convert its first 12 third-down tries, had six three-and-outs and 10 punts.
